TRADESCANTIA FLUMENSIS VARIEGATA - VARIEGATED WANDERING JEW aka "SPEEDY HENRY".  This plant has glossy green and white striped foliage, irregular with bands or blotches of white, sometimes all white leaves.  This plant is great for baskets or for an annual groundcover. Likes sun partial shade.  Keep this plant dry between watering, it tolerates neglect. Very easy to grow and a great houseplant.
