Returns and Replacements

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately, with a Picture of the item in its damaged condition, and we will do our utmost to replace the item.   We do not replace items not in our possession within 15 days of delivery of the product.

If you are paying by check, please make check payable to Joanna Hnatow.  

Shipment will be made as soon as check clears (typically 5-7 days)
